I was in London last week and worked with a lovely CA at Bond Street. I was deciding between the different Mon Monogram sunglasses (square, round, cat eye) and opted for round. They were packaged so nicely in a ribboned box that I didn't open until I got home last night, and instead of the Mon Monogram round, I received the square! The price for all 3 shapes is the same.

I'd like to exchange for the round I wanted now that I'm back home (NYC) but the price differential UK vs US is quite significant and I don't see how they could do it in GBP. Am I just out of luck? I don't have plans to go back to the UK right now.

Thank you.

Sorry that happened to you
Via a quick search international LV return,
I saw this older thread, and I think there were others too

I did an international exchange a couple of months ago. The original purchase was from Germany, then I did an exchange back home in Singapore. Mine was also an even exchange and the price difference between EUR and SGD didn't seem to matter, as during exchange the value taken was based off local SG price. So the new receipt after the exchange was in local currency and reflected local price too.

Give it a try. Since you're close to an LV store in NYC, I would just stop by and explain the situation. I'm sure since it's an even exchange, it wouldn't be an issue. Good luck!

Exchanging should not be a problem at all. The exchange value would be based on local currency. Refunds would have to be in the same country currency though. I have attached a screenshot of the policy from LV‘s site. You are not alone in making purchases made abroad and then needing customer service aftercare. Good luck!
