Quick update: The manager of the boutique texted me and said she was going in to the store and would let me know if item could still be shipped out or she would issue a refund. She contacted me a few hours later and said she’d issue a refund. Thankful I got a resolution to the issue. Thanks to all who replied and also to remind me to show some patience. So important for me to be reminded of also showing grace. Xoxo
