I don't know anything about MCM, but recently checked out the Goyard section of the forum to find out more about the St Louis tote. From the posts I read it sounds like Goyard won't stand behind their product and provide free repairs if there's wear to your tote (handles cracking or coming apart for instance), even if the tote was only purchased a few months ago and hardly used. I think that's appalling and would not want to spend my money on a brand that does not offer good customer service. JMO!

I've had my st Louis gm for about 2.5 years and I haven't. had any issues with corners or glazing cracks(most common issues). note, I don't wear it often, but when I do I'm either hauling groceries or clothes. lol.

I would personally go for Goyard. It's much more classic than MCM
