I stumbled across a thread about this bag and quickly tracked down lamminda to find out more. Thanks to some awesome info, I was able to find this lovely bag at Lord and Taylor with 25% off, no tax and free shipping. It is gorgeous and comfortable. If anyone is interested, it's 35775 LI/BLK and the MFSRP is $295. It's also available in Watermelon, Saddle and Denim.

The strap can be doubled to make it a short shoulder bag but I really don't think it's meant to be worn that way. Unlike the regular duffle, it's a tighter fit in the buckle.

Congrats! It is beautiful. It's good to see that it slouches nicely like the legacy duffle. Thanks for all the good info about the strap. I might be interested in the denim one (eventually). Love all your mod shots (as always). Enjoy your gorgeous new bag.

Thank you! It does, has a nice slouch right out of the box. You're very welcome. The Denim looks beautiful, wish I could see it IRL. Might be worth the drive to my local Dillard's to check it out. I ordered the Saddle today too. :graucho: Thank you and I sure will.
