Instagram Rellers

Hi Guys, I've done my searches on the forum and not been very successful so I thought I'll start a new thread. I've noticed there’s been a few "instagram rellers" popping up. A few in Singapore/ Indonesia and Thailand. Has anyone dealt with any instagram rellers and any recommendation of any? Their way of communication is via wassup… They have no website/no store front.. can they be trusted? examples of some @bagsworld @ladybags @hermesworld
