Instagram observations of bag lovers

Ever notice the trends of "handbag collecting" on Instagram? I have recently fallen in love with Instagram. I am noticing an interesting trend with the bags that I consider the more "famous" bag collectors collect. I am wondering if anyone else notices this or any other trends/patterns? What I notice is that not only are certain brands favored but also only certain bags from those brands.

I see a lot of Chanel flaps, hermes birkens and Kellys and lv luggage. What I find interested is they don't seem to have other bags from those brands, just lots of those. I LOVE looking at their collections and just found this observation fascinating, so I was wondering if anyone else noticed this or anything different.

I noticed the same thing but more so with Louis Vuitton. The LV addicts don't just have the bags, every single thing in the bag-wallet, key case, cosmetic clutch, pouches, agendas-are all LV.

The Hermes lovers seem to favor the Birkins and the Kellys all in different sizes, colors, and fabrications.

The Chanel addicts seem to love the Flaps and the Boys. For me, unlike the LV addicts, the Hermes and Chanel lovers don't just stuff their bags with only Chanel and Hermes small leather goods.

I found it fascinating as well. But also a little...boring. I own everything from Dooney to Gucci. I like variety.
