Hi i was wondering what you ladies do when the insole of a shoe starts to come up?

I'm not sure if it requires just some super glue to stick it back down or double sided sticky tape, or if its better to take it to a cobbler?

I'm pretty lucky, my dad is extremely handy so whenever I have an insole peeling up, he just reglues it for me, I never have a problem with them afterwards.

The trick is to get it reglued as soon as you notice it, the longer you let it come away the harder it is to get it nice and flat again, as the leather insole stretches being rolled/curled away from the sole (hope I've explained that clearly).

Bring to a cobbler. They use more specialized that can still make the insole peel off in the future for repairs. If you use your own home glue, you never know if you will permanently glue the insole down. And to reiterate, the insole is NOT supposed to be permanently glued...
