Info re: this pair of CL's- where can I find them?

I am desperately searching for these Very Prives. They are black patent leather with a pewter tip. I found this picture on the forum while doing a search, I hope it is okay that I post it here. I know they were available on mytheresa.com for a bit, but I have contacted them and they are no longer available. Were they not sold in the US? I've never seen them in Saks, Neimans, or Barneys, so I was wondering if any of you can help me with any info. I'd really appreciate it!

Those are my shoes. lol And, as long as my photos don't pop up on Ebay or other similar sites, I don't mind the use of them on TPF. Anyways, my VPs were purchased from mytheresa.com. I don't believe any of the US retailers stocked them.

The CL boutique ordered them in all black patent and they should be here within 3 months.

I saw the no. VPs black patent with pewter tip in Saks in Boca not too long ago, I think.

Ive only seen them on ebay.
