Incorrect Shipping

Gr...RM, I love your bags, but we need to talk.
My new MAB broke after 2 uses, and I sent it back for repair. It's on its way back to me...but the UPS shipping has the wrong address (flipped two numbers) as the destination. I tried emailing RM to tell them it was wrong but my email bounced back as "out of office" reply. Any suggestions on what to do ladies? I don't want to lose my beautiful bag!
