In store vs. online shopping

I'm wanting to buy an Hermes scarf, but the online selection seems very small compared to the large collection of everyone's on here. Is there a much larger selection in the stores?

Also, sorry if this is a dumb question, but is the pochette that many refer to the same as the 16 x 16 pocket squares?

It's good to at least look in the store-sometimes you'll be surprised at how beautiful something is in person-especially a fabric item. Sometimes, online just dosen't translate. Happy shopping!
