Hi TPF'ers!

I'm in need of some perfume advice. I want to purchase a new perfume. What are your suggestions?

This is what I've use in the past.

I :heart::heart: the original Marc Jacobs
Armani Code
Dolce and Gabana Light Blue
In the past... past... Eternity
Sunflower
212

and I can't remember anything else...

I would recommend light fresh fruity scents for summer:

Escada Moon Sparkle
Jo Malone Orange Blossom (all of them are amazing so you really can't go wrong with any scent)
Lacoste A Touch of Pink
J'adore Dior
Miss Dior Cherie
Chanel Coco Mademoiselle
Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche

I am a major fan of Escada perfumes. I would recommend them all!

I have Escada Pacific Paradise, Escada Sunset Heat, Escada Rockin Rio, Escada Moon Sparkle and Escada Island Kiss.

I have already finished three 3.4 oz bottles of the Pacific paradise, 1.7 oz Into the Blue, and a 1.7 oz Sunset Heat bottle. I absolutely :heart::heart::heart: Escada!

I need to stock up again on them since I am running low on my supply! :nuts:

Let us know which perfume you end up going with!

Will do... do the Escada's all smell similar or are they totally different?

Some have similar notes but they smell different to me.

I think Pacific Paradise and Sunset Heat are more fruity than the others. Into the Blue smells like an ocean breeze.

So while they are all fresh, crisp, and fruity/florals, they do have distinctive smells.

They all are great though!

I'm in need of picking up a new one and I have been pondering
- D&G the one
- Burberry Beat
- Juicy couture (I think it's just that, i got a tester and it didn't have anything else on it)
- Kenzo Amoure
- Ed Hardy
- Romance by RL is always a goody as well

(I had Armani Code as my last one)

I like a clean scent so I wear Bvlgari's White Tea (au te blanc I think lol) and their Green Tea. Everytime I wear the White Tea I get tons of compliments.

But honestly anything by Bvlgari is excellent. Go to the Nordstrom perfume dept, or Sephora, they have everything. I do find Sephora can be overwhelming though because they have so much to choose from.

I also love Fresh's "orginal" Sugar, and Donna Karan's Cashmere stuff.

But seriously, go to a store and try the scents on before you buy. Many listed above as well as in other people's posts will NOT suit ALL bodies. If you can get samples to bring home to try, that is the smartest thing to do, because the fragrance will change over time.

For summer, Vetiver by Hove, or pretty much any of the single-note florals by Toadstool Soap, and their sandalwood is such a miraculous thing that no adjective in my arsenal can do it justice, and if I could describe it, you would not believe me, and I would not blame you, especially after you see how cheap it is.

Which is fine, because having received a gift of some, I am hooked on the stuff, and am only encouraging people to go buy some if they are going to give it to me.
