In need of an luxiurious kelly or birkin

Hi guys!
I am madly in love with the Hermes Birkin and Kelly however, I don't know where to buy one? I am from the UAE and there are some Hermes shops here but I will be traveling to London in the summer, so do you think I should check what is available there or buy a used kelly or birkin from ebay?

And I don't know what are the prices for the Kelly size 32 or the Birkin size 30 if I buy them from the Hermes store in London?

I also found this AMAZING deal on ebay for a HAC 32cm in Veau Graine GHW , however I feel like my first purchase should be from the hermes store.

So what do you guys think ?
I get the used HAC or try to find a kelly/birkin in London
