IMPORTANT: Joseph at BalNY passed away yesterday

oh no! I always heard about how fantastic Joseph was to his clients, I'm so sad to hear of his passing.

this is so sad ... i have talked to joseph a couple of times and he is one very helpful, very nice man. so sad to know he's now gone

i feel hella guilty and embarrased now that the last time i remember seeing him was when i was having a "problem" picking out a color and leather for a new messenger. i cant even imagine having a fatal disease and having to help people out with such "problems" Yet, he was still able to be one of the nicest SA's i've ever came across, which spoke volumes about his character and how great of a person he was.

Joseph was one of the most liked SA's on this forum, and i feel really sad + pray for his family, blood AND bag related!

I am stunned. I had no idea that Joseph was sick! He was always very nice when I spoke to him. Very sad...

What shocking news! Joseph was so kind and always willing to go out of his way to select bags for me based on my ultra-specific criteria. When he found the "perfect" speciman he'd call me back and describe every little detail about the bag. With each shipment he included a cute little handwritten note that always made me smile. My thoughts and prayers are with Joseph's family and friends. I will remember him fondly.
