Import Duty to US?

I think it’s around 6% .. but expect to pay up to 10%, depending on how they classify it (stones and gemstones have different percentages)
It also depends on what state you live in, you may be subject to your states sales tax

I haven’t ordered VCA from Europe, however I did order a preloved Cartier rainbow love bracelet in August from Rich Diamonds in the UK and I paid 5.5 percent duty tax via FedEx. I had no additional taxes in my state (NJ).

There are resellers in Europe that can export it duty free. There is a number of ways to do it. You should check out @kuratedluxury on instagram
Hi, I think you mean that the EU seller can export it without the EU tax (just like when tourists get VAT refunds), however there will still be import duties assessed by the country / state where the buyer receives the products.

I second the advice from @lovexchanel and @Loubishoetopia. The US has an exhaustive schedule for duty depending on the type of item and where is comes from. I know this because I checked before a recent trip to Paris where I expected to buy either VCA or Chanel. The duty on jewelry is listed as 6.5% and on leather handbags is 8%. I brought the items through customs myself. I don’t know how it might differ if you have them shipped.
