I'm so mad at Nordstrom-Judith Jack ring!

So after a long search finally found a cocktail styled ring I wanted.
Judith Jack Onyx Ring with silver for my index finger last week. I had Nordstrom SA order it from another state-there was like 5 availability.
I received it today-complete different style and it says size 6 but it turned out to be an 8. I'm so mad! I could've gotten one but now it's all out. All they had to say to me it's not the SA's fault. We'll call you if one turns up?


It's not even about the money-they should've been more I don't know, I'm just ranting I'm sad

I'm sorry that happened.
I worked in a jewelry store before and sometimes the ring sizes were mislabelled - human error. As for the different style, if it was very similar then it sometimes (rarely) happened, but if the styles were very different, then that's not acceptable.

Yeah it was a completely different The manager & the buyer for Nordstrom is going to contact Judith Jack to see if they can special purchase it. I wonder if this will work, hopefully. This is the picture-similar one found online but they only have a size 8
