i bought the nova check tote like 2 months ago and it wasnt the stains that bothered me..it was the bubbles on the area where the bag naturally folds. so basically i have 3 lil bubbles on the exterior bag. knowing that i had it for less than 3 mos n spend more than 300 on it, i am very disappointed on burberry. at first i thought it was normal? but i noticed no one complained about the bubbling effect on this forum so it must only be mines lol (except for the post about the ebay one..). so i guess i have to take it to the store n have the manager evaluate it. hopefulli ill get my money back...
I had the same problem with my novacheck bag yesterday actually. I've used it a bunch of times already but then I managed to get blue dye on my bag from the jeans I was wearing. Thank goodness I was able to see it in time cuz I used wipes to clean the stains and they came off.
My novacheck bag is one of my fave bags so I'm definitely gonna take much better care of it.
And thank goodness Burberry refunded you.
