I'm sure if you just mentioned that you were looking for the "puzzle piece" tote they would know what you were talking about. I don't remember the actual name nor do I have a style number. I do know it was from earlier in the year... not 100% sure it is still in stores.

You could always take one of the pictures showing the bag. Then the SA would definitely know the bag, size, and what colors (if multiple) the bag came in. Might save you a lot of time...and, there will be no lack of communication with often creates frustration on everyone's part.....:smile:
