Hello everybody. i'm new here....i'm just all excited because in exactly 7 days, i get to pick up my new Cromia...i have it on layaway at TJMaxx. i go there semi often to look through the bags and see if there is anything interesting...i couldnt find anything memorable and was actually about to walk out the door when i passed a display stand and literally did a double take. The moment i saw it, i knew. Even though its three times as much as i've ever paid for a bag before...

i was just browsing Ebay and came across some photos of my beloved Cromia, so i thought i'd share...i've NEVER owned anything this OTT before...i'm sort of a "beginner" when it comes to building a bag collection.... i *love* the look and feel of good quality genuine leather, and refuse to buy any other material...i'm not into labels and i actually prefer to own bags that are a little unusual...i have a few Wilson's Leather bags, a Fossil, and a Tignanello...They are distinct and unique, but not compared to THIS:

Incidentally, I have seen that very bag IRL at my TJMaxx! I picked her up and carried her around for a while, but I had to throw her back. I've overspent at the moment!

Don't you love it when you see a bag and you know in an *instant* that you MUST have it?! Sad to say that that happens less often to me now, but when it does, I go for it and I've never regretted it. Congrats on your new purchase, it sounds like true love!

i've seen a few other Cromias around at TJMaxx and loved them for the most part, although there was always just a little something that didnt work for me...One was a really pretty apple green with silver suns/stars on it, but it was just too huge for me...i found it on Ebay too...

The descriptions say that its just a little bigger then the one i'm getting, but it seems much more so...It also has a much better shape IRL then in the photos on Ebay...i also found the same one i'm getting, but in a bland oatmeal color....i remember thinking that it was a really gorgeous bag, just an unfortunate color. i Dont mind beige or tan, but this was just a bland shade...Then a few minutes later i found the YELLOW one. :heart: Yay! :smile:
