I am so glad everything worked out and they fixed it!!! Also you selected a great item, the Azur pochette. I do also like the scarf you were going to initially get, but the pochette is even more fabulous!!!! I want an Azur pochette too!

I'm so glad you got your store credit. I've met Rohana on one occassion and she was very nice & seems genuinely concerned for customers needs. I'm sorry you had to go through all that for something that wasn't your fault and I don't blame you for not wanting to shop there anymore. Congrats on your new LV and may you have happier shopping experiences.

I'm really glad that you were able to get something.. a little surprised that they didn't give you anything for your troubles. I mean, you got what was due to you, but that certainly doesn't make up for sleepless nights or the stress.

I hope you have a better Louis Vuitton shopping experience in the future !

I am pleased to hear that everything has worked out.

The Union Square LV is not my favourite either. In SF I prefer to purchase from the boutique in Bloomies. It is small, but the service is very good.
