I love it too - have no problems with floppiness - I think that's because I stuff my purse organiser against it.

I love mine but am considering something to keep it shut. As the bag slouches more, it becomes more of a pain to keep shut. I think little metal snaps would work well- maybe 2, hand stitched? I am thinking snaps the size that are used on baby onesies. If you sell it then, you could just take a seam ripper and pull the stitch out if you didn't want to keep the snaps in.
