Do you have any moisturizer to try on the sides of the bag? That might help with the wrinkles..I know how frustrating it can be when a bag's not perfect.

As far as the wrinkles, I think it would wrinkle up anyway if you exchanged it. The Legacy leather on my Courtenays is pretty soft and flexible.
