Glossie, I've put some modelling pics in the Pics Sticky.

I do find it comfy on the shoulders - the trick that I have found is to push the outer handle under the one closest to you when you put it on your shoulder so it doesnt slip off.

Once she wears in a bit and the handles stretch, it will be a lot more comfy to wear.
