I will echo the others in saying a purchase is never uncalled for if you are going to use it. For me personally I would want more variety not so much in shape/style, bec. I love the speedy style and have a tendency to only want speedies, but in the outside appearance, ie. mono, damier, epi. I would personally find it redundant to have a regular bat and a bh, and would never want to get a mono speedy 30 AND a mono speedy 25, if I wanted a 25 I would go for it in a different line, ie. cerise. GL! Have you considered a papillon 25 or 30? It's similar in strap design as opposed to rolled handles of a speedy and the 25 is priced pretty much the same I think.

They are two completely different sizes so I don't see anything wrong with owning both.

I have both. I use the regular every day, so far. But I also carry a work tote. I will probably use the BH in the summer when I only want o carry one bag.
