Iena MM Damier Ebene

Advice. I have an Iena MM that I love. It looks great still 2017 model Damier Abene. The corners aren’t great. But not obvious to the naked eye. The handles are terrible. Need to be replaced. Haven’t used it in a while because last time I did he pulled out my hair because the handles are worn and don’t easily slide anymore. Otherwise bag is in great condition. I looked into getting the handles replaced by a leather expert and their quote was $400. I went LV their quote to replace the handles is $1070!! That’s just stupid. Anyway I have the opportunity to purchased one that appears to be in great shape. A 2018 model, seller wants $1950. Should I buy it or move on and get another/different bag? I wish i could sew I’d make something out of my old one! Thoughts?? Purchase something else? Save my money, but the 2018 model? Also what is really a reasonable amount to pay for a 2018 Iena in good condition?? Thx !! ☺️

I’d keep looking for another Iena. That seems like a steep price for one that’s not pristine.

I agree, keep looking for another Iena. I bought a preloved 2017 exactly as yours in August 2021 and it was only $1,080 from Rebag. I looked for a while until I found this one at a great price and in excellent condition. Looked brand new. Be patient and good luck!
