I'm not sure if these are it but it sure looks identical to the ones that she has on. These are the Chanel Camelia earrings. Hope that helps!

I was interested in a Camelia piece and remember seeing these when I was browsing through the Chanel website.
Marialc IS good They're probably Chanel, but they reminded me of Cathy Carmendy ones I had seen... unfortunately now the only similar ones I can find for reference are these on eBay which aren't YG:
