ID weave bag

I need help identifying this weave bag... single flap with turnlock closure and chain handles.

It's sort of like a combination of Chanel and Bottega Veneta --- it might be a bag from someplace like Forever21, Zara, or H&M...

It reminds me of a Lanvin Happy Sac but I don't think that's what it is.
