ID this Jessica Alba bag please!

Anyone know ? I think it's a great tote and the handles are short enough to be worn as a satchel as well and I'd love to know because that is such a hard combination to find. Help!

gosh, i really hope this bag is inexpensive and somewhat affordable. It doesn't look like something overly high-end to me.
