Hey girls! I was in a class and then Starbucks earlier and I saw so many people with this bracelet... I was wondering if this description rung a bell. It's pretty much like a cuff bracelet. It closes, leaving about an inch or so open. The design on it is like a rope sort of. And, I think, if I remember correctly, it has little balls at the end of the cuffs.

Does anyone know the name of it? Or, where it's from?

Thanks in advance! :smile1:

It sounds like my magnetic bracelet. It is a rope design around the bottom of my wrist and then has a ball on each end at the top of the wrist. Mine is two tone but I've seen them in all white metal.

You know, funny you should ask. I used to not like those bracelets one bit. Now, I have started liking them again. I guess I am liking classic things nowadays. I am not familiar enough to tell ya which one I'd get...but I see them in Vogue a lot and admire them! Let us know if you pick on and we can give you the "poll"!

I hate those psychosomatic bracelets.

yes i'm pretty sure that's it. now i have to figure out which one to get.

i also saw them in kids; would it be cheesy for me to get kids? i'm a pretty thin person and i wish i knew how the bracelets ran in terms of sizing...

i'm currently at school in upstate ny and designer shopping here stinks  i might have to wait until i get back home in the city to actually try these on... but thanks ladies. i truly truly appreciate your help. definitely made my day!

it DOES sound like DY to me too
here's a pic i found on google images:

If it's like the bracelet pictured, then yes, it's a David Yurman 5mm cable bracelet. On the tips are either various gemstones or plain gold. They're great to stack together if you start collecting them. The Yurman Kids collection is the same cuff just smaller inside diameter for smaller wrist sizes. I've know many petite women that buy the kids size.
