Isn't that Mary of Denmark? I can't for the life of me find pictures of Hugo Boss runway shows, but I'm pretty sure the dress is Hugo Boss Black Label F/W 08/09.

That's Princess Mary of Denmark. I'm not sure about her dress, it might be Hugo Boss, because she wears that brand a lot.
