ID these shoes from a Saks Off email!

I got this e-mail today, and I wanted to know the designer and style (if possible) of all these shoes, but mainly the ones on the left and the ones at the bottom!

They are pretty but I cant identify them. It makes me nuts how they do mail outs and do not identify the items they are selling.

So I went to my local Saks Off today and found all three of these shoes!

The shoe on the left is by Beverly Feldman; price: can't remember exactly $130-$140
And the other two shoes are made my Saks 5th Avenue; price: the stud shoes are $170, the other ones are $150

I think those prices are correct. And plus, there is a 30% off coupon! Too bad the BF shoes only came in pewter at my store. They are so hot!
