the overall shape and zipper pull remind me of the Coach Ergo Hobo, let's hope it's not a custom bag like all the Coach exotic ones made for Mandy Moore!

It's indeed a coach.. You can see the pull with the ball chain which has the leather mini luggage tag. i think they did do a (limited) python version?
