i'm not sure..i tried looking but i couldn't find it. i saw it in seventeen with miley cyrus on the cover and she was wearing the same skirt w/belt in one of the pictures. sorry i hope that helps...

Okay so I searched all the websites that they show carry them from the bb dakota site. I found nothing.

But I'm going to check out the stores in my state that have it, hopefully I can spot it.
