It looks similar to a lot of Tory Burch bags I've seen on Nordstroms online but I'm not really too sure? Good luck, I hope you find out the maker...someone here should know!

So far I have checked out Ralph Lauren, Gap, Nordstroms, A.P.C. and Anya Hindmarch and came up short. Any other suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

Hmmmm, I don't know the maker of the bag. However, I have a tip for you which I hope will help. I have seen Reese twice in Barney New York in Beverly Hill, and my SA told me she shops there a lot.
And I remember I seen something very similar to that flower tote in the store...
