Looks like a Kooba Ginger bag.

Yep, it's a Kooba Ginger. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any places that sell it anymore. =[

It looks like the handle might be too long to be a Ginger (I have one and the drop isn't as low, though I'm not tiny like her). It might be a Carla?

I JUST found another photo and saw the good ol Kooba logo but I still wasn't sure what bag it was since I've never seen it before. Apparently it is hard to find now. But I'm going to keep searching. Thanks to everyone who helped!
