I'm sure she has the formal dresses and gowns given to her, but I think she buys the rest of her wardrobe -- she still mixes things like Gap and JCrew clothes with some higher end pieces.

She definitely looks fabulous all of the time!!

I think there are limits as to what she can accept. I remember Nancy Reagan getting in some hot water over free designer stuff when she was First Lady.

And those sandals are totally cool, and they are out of my size too. Maybe next summer.
