Can anyone pls help to id Olivia's striped top? It has sequins on the shoulder part and the sleeves.

Hi there. Go to the vogue uk site and there is a link to a section where Olivia outlines her outfits for the entire month of April and this top is included. Its actually a dress that she had altered into a shirt. The designers name is mentioned. HTH
