ID mint green purse Leighton Meester

I saw a picture of Leighton Meester taping Gossip Girls in NYC and she was wearing an ivory overcoat with a large light blue scarf, carrying a mint green structured tote/ bowler type bag. The date on the site was from May 2009.
How can I find out what bag that is?

I don't know how to post the pic.

Does anyone know the picture / purse I'm referring to?

If it's the outfit I'm thinking, then the bag is the Westbourne in Aqua gloss python by Notting Hill Design.
