Honestly, that isn't a very good photo of her shoes in general -- they look like any basic black pump from the front. It'd be helpful if there was a side photo or something.

they do look veery similar to the sergio rossi ones she wore to the London premiere with her Herve Leger dress, just a different color:

actually with that second pic you posted they do look like the same color. in the first pic they look black in the second side pic they look dark grey like the pic i just posted. prob the same shoes which means they're sergio rossi.
