ID Lilly Kerssenberg flower ring please

OMG - I didn't realise this part of the forum existed, as I lurk in Mulberry.

Can anyone help. I am trying to find out who makes and where can I purchase the cluster flower ring that Lilly is wearing. I saw the picture in OK! (or was it Hello) a few months back at the hairdresser. Scoured the magazine and the article for the maker but found nada. I have since spent months searching on the internet to no avail. I have even emailed OK! and Hello, but have not received a response.

Hoping someone may be able to help. Sorry about the small picture, but it's the only one I could find online.
