It is a Vanessa Bruno Lune bag...I have it and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! If you do a search you'll find more info. She is a french designer so they are a bit hard to come by in the states, but I found mine on Shopbop some time ago (after falling in love with it on Kirsten and stalking it for a while). HTH!
