id Kelly Rutherford's bag in Gossip Girl

I'm trying to identify this bag seen on Kelly Rutherford in an episode of Gossip Girl (Seder Anything, second season).

I've searched for this style in the Hermès section (she carries almost exclusively Hermès bags), but I couldn't find it anywhere. Could it possibly be a Louis Vuitton bag?

It could be VBH then. The stitching, structure, and hardware look the same as on this python version of the bag:
