They are PVC. My local Macy's has them and I have been looking at them. They actually look pretty good for being PVC bags that are lower end. They're nicer than I expected. The Delfina hobo is actually really cute in person and it comes in a huge number of colors.

i already bought it today in black and i must say it's a great bag! i got home, switched my bag and used this. i got compliments when i went back to the mall!! loves it!

I had one of her Dawson hobos and the leather wasnt that nice and they wanted like $200 for it. Hopefully since then her quality has gotten better.
