ID Heather Graham's Dress in The Hangover

This looks vaguely familiar, but I can't ID it. It looks remotely Ella Moss-esque, and sort of like the Cynthia Vincent dress.

a bump for you! i love the dress. i don't think it's by Ella Moss or Cynthia Vincent... perhaps Topshop from a couple seasons ago? I recall seeing a vintage-inspired piece like this with floral applique & cutouts..
