It was BCBG. When I was looking for my wedding dress last year, I saw it available at Nordstroms.

This dress is BCBG Max Azria and is from last year's collection. Stacy wore the dress in an episode of What Not To Wear featuring a fashion disaster who was obsessed with weddings- Stacy did not actually get married herself. The dress is no longer available from BCBG or Nordie's, but I've seen it on eBay and I found one myself at Nordstrom Rack just a few months ago. It's very pretty in person and long enough for a tall girl to wear heels!
