hmmm, she is pretty creative w/her clothing, well - in this case, her boots.
She has made them "her own style" by just turning down the boot shaft AND wrapping some leather around it.......you can tell cuz there is a manufacturers imprint on the inside of the shaft....that really wasn't meant to be "exposed".......
AND....of course, I can be completely WRONG! LOL!
