The Chloe cardigan doesn't look like Ashlee's to me. The neckline is different. This sweater by Vince seems closer to me, though it is slightly different than hers, too.

Not particularly cheaper, but this is a See by Chloe cardigan - very similar except its without the blue trim, just grey.
