I found it! It's by Lancel Paris. Unfortunately they don't do business in the US anymore. Any idea where I can buy this bag? I checked Ebay they didn't have this one.

Yes, it's a Lancel, I saw one on sale yesterday at around 300 euros in France. It's a lovely colour, light baby pink, and the leather is smooth.
