Yes, Ice Cube flap is available in Hong Kong (or at least the last time I went to a Chanel boutique a week or so ago) and it's priced at HK$14,000 (so it would be approximately US$1,795). No sales tax in HK.

my friend just bought an ice cube flap last dec 24th in HK.. indeed it was 14,000HKD... i tried it, and it's really light compared to other flaps...
