I'm tempted to try this with one of my old lovelies....how did you do it? (ie, what temp, what detergent etc?)

I've washed my oak bayswater 2 times in the tub with warm water and glycerin soap. Works like a charm if you want a darker and more rain/stain resistent leather. I made sure I conditioned the leather with oil/fat/leather conditioner both while the leather is still wet and then dry.
