Palermo! But keep in mind that the strap is too short for cross-body wear. I was pretty set on getting it because I wanted a cross-body bag... and then using the strap for my other bags... but when I tried it on I was disappointed that the strap was too short even for my 5'1" frame. A few ppl on here have bought a separate longer strap for it that seems to work much better.

mono speedy 35! as the size is perfect, not too big and fits loads of stuff. I'm a size 2 girl and 5'4 small/tall and the 35 is the perfect size for me. The palermo is also a very nice bag. I would wait with the azur speedy till spring
